The diffrence between software and construction

We are still in ABC stage of Software development compare to Building Constructions. Primary reason for this is that software is only 40-50 years old and Building Construction was there at least from 2000+ years. Building constructiors already has a proven engineering mechanism to build on top, where Software developers beging a good platform to build upon. Just like all other industries, Software will get matured, but not so soon. Infact, not in our lifetime. 

Never hurt others feelings

We should never hurt feelings of others. We should always respect other people and appreciate them. We need to understand others feelings and respect them.
